Indian Low Calorie Soup Recipe

Paalak (Spinach) Soup


3 cup Paalak (spinach) chopped

1 onion chopped

3 cup milk without fat

3/4 tsp salt

3/4 tsp black pepper ( Kali Mirich ) power

2 tsps cottage cheese (paneer ) grated


  • Cook paalak and onion in 1/2 cup of water for three minutes.
  • Put the cooked paalak and milk in a mixer and beat well.
  • add salt and kali mirch ( black Pepper) .
  • While serving, sprinkle grated paneer ( cheese) on the soup and serve hot.
